JamieLee Swan
I’ve always been drawn to how things work and how they could work better. JamieLee Consulting is the culmination of many paths that led to one clear purpose: helping people and businesses untangle compliance, training, outsourcing, and all the documentation needed to support these tasks.
Born and raised in the United States, I studied English Literature at Sonoma State University before moving to New Zealand in 2003 at the invitation of my employer, Fonterra.
Those early years in the dairy industry shaped my understanding of systems, scale, and the rhythm of business that underpins both production and people.
Today, I live in Taranaki with my husband, where we run a 450-cow dairy farm and a team of staff. I manage the business side of the farm while raising three teenagers and contributing to my community through volunteer governance roles on local boards.
